nicely... well i suggest that you forget this friend... No matter how important they are to you.
But BUT BUT!! Still try to remain  friendly with them[ok im not sure how to phrase this lol]
Real Friends tell you truths... even if it hurts.
They love you that's whhy they tell you about ur bad points.
You can get angry at them for being straight forward, but think about it.
If your friend just keep quiet about it, and talk to other friend about it...
they're bckstabbin rite? ok maybe not... idk la.
