Heyyo! ORIENTATION IS OVERR! \w/!
I can assure you we had hell lot of FUN! Even though there are times when I say things like " it's so screw up so stupid I don't want to go for it anymore" or " da f**. They can't do things well , I can't work w them"
Kkkkk I'm sure you all know what I mean haha. But it's over all these are a history now too!
A few things I has taken away from this orientation. It may be a total different thing from many others because firstly, I had many wonderful chances to lead in YCSOG and I was pretty sure that the way I lead may not be able to apply on other things. But I was wrong. For those who have seen me leading in orientation ( even though I didn't really do much ) that is a little of how I lead in Ycs. Yepp imma Ycs production! Haha k off topic. What I have learnt is that we leaders always have to bear in mind the follower's thoughts and feelings. We always have to look out for them at all times. Also take the initiative to talk to them. Make friends be nice all these everyone would know how to do. Many a time, people would forget about standing on the same level and remembering the followers' thoughts , feeling
Their feeling. Right? Soo ya that's probably what I learnt ? Although I didnt exactly take away memorable lessons, but I had some
Good memories about it :)
